These two entries are on the Dab Phil Cunningham:

• Phil Cunningham (actor), American actor who has appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live

IMDb and the mention under hdg "Episode: #8.8 - 13 May 2005" in Friday Night with Jonathan Ross#Series 8 suggest the two are one. On that basis, i'm rdr'g the actor to the rock musician.
