The Phillip Burton Federal Building is a massive 21 floor, 95 m (312 feet) federal office building located close to San Francisco's Civic Center and the San Francisco City Hall. The building was finished in 1959, one of the earliest office towers for San Francisco. The building is also named after Phillip Burton.
