Established on July 1, 1993, the Philippine Science High School Western Visayas Campus is one of the campuses of the Philippine Science High School System. Located in Brgy. Bito-on, Jaro, Iloilo City, it caters to students with aptitude in the sciences and mathematics mostly in the Western, Central, and Eastern Visayan regions such as Iloilo, Negros Oriental, Negros Occidental, Antique, Aklan, Bohol, Cebu, Capiz, and others. The current Director is the famous Dr. Josette T. Biyo who has an asteroid named after her, 13241 Biyo.
