Proclamation No. 1021 was made by Philippine President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on March 3, 2006 to cease the state of emergency in the Philippines that had lasted since February 24, 2006. This countered Proclamation No. 1017 which had introduced the state of national emergency in the Philippines. The state of national emergency was declared in response of the alleged coup d'état.
