Philippine National Construction Corporation

The Philippine National Construction Corporation is a government-owned and/or controlled corporation in the Philippines. The PNCC was established on the year 1966 by virtue of law during President Marcos' Administration. It is usually tasked with major construction works, especially in the field of infrastructure. Some projects that the company has helped build include the Metro Manila Skyway, the San Juanico Bridge and the Manila Light Rail Transit System.

The PNCC is given the power by the law to operate these tollways mentioned:
- North Luzon Expressway (now operated by the Manila North Tollways Corporation)

- South Luzon Expressway (now operated by the South Luzon Expressway Corporation)
SLTC is a joint venture of the MTD Manila Tollways Corporation and the PNCC)
