The Philippine Lotto Draw is a TV program in the Philippines. Produced by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office and it was originally aired in ABC-5 since 1995. The PCSO Lotto Draw decided to move to a government TV station and is now aired on NBN 4 since 1998.

[edit] Lotto 6/42

Originally, there were two separate draws; one for Luzon and another for Visayas and Mindanao. A few years later, a single draw is made for all three.

The machine draws 6 out of 42 numbers. To win a prize, the players must match from all 6 to at least 3 numbers. The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 5,245,786.

A later and improved version of the game above. The machine draws 6 out 45 numbers. The prize of matching numbers is slightly increased. The odds of making the jackpot are 1 in 8,145,060.

An even later and more improved version making it more difficult. The machine draws 6 out of 49 numbers. Prizes for matching are increased even more. The jackpot odds are 1 in 13,983,816.

Formerly called 3 digits. Three machines are used. Each machine draws a number from a pool of 10 numbers (0-9). The odds of winning are 1 in 1,000.

Four machines are used. Each one draws a number out of 0-9. Winnings are 1 in 10,000

Six machines used. A number out of 0-9 will be drawn out of each. Winning odds are 1 in 1,000,000.

The easiest game to win. Two machines are used. Each one draws 1 out of 31 numbers. A player wins by matching the 2 numbers in exact order. A player can also win second prize for matching not in exact order. The odds of getting exact order are in 1 in 961. The odds in random order are 1 in 496.
