Philip Tartaglia

Philip Tartaglia is the Roman Catholic bishop of Paisley, Scotland.

He was appointed on 13 September 2005.

He has recently attracted controversy for attacking Labour Party family policies such as no fault divorce and same-sex marriage.[1]
