Philip Nozuka

Philip Nozuka is an American/Canadian actor , who played Chester in two episodes of the fourth season of the television show, Degrassi: The Next Generation. He was born in New York, lived in Queens and Long Island, but now lives in Toronto. He is a graduate of the Etobicoke School of the Arts for Musical Theatre, where his most memorable role was as the Cat in the Hat in Seussical the Musical. He is currently studying acting at The National Theatre School of Canada in Montreal. He is of Japanese and English descent, and a nephew of actor Kevin Bacon by marriage. His mother is the sister of Bacon's wife Kyra.[1]

Philip is the brother of singer George Nozuka who is signed to HC Entertainment, and singer Justin Nozuka whose debut album Holly was released in 2006. George and Justin were in a season 4 episode of Degrassi: The Next Generation "Modern Love" with him, playing his brothers.
