Phillip McGough is an English television actor.

He played Arnie in the Only Fools and Horses episode 'Chain Gang'. Arnie was a retired jeweller whom Del bought a number of gold chains from, only to witness Arnie having an apparent heart attack before an important business transaction. However, Del and his consortium soon discovered Arnie had been tricking them all and been scamming people all over the city. The episode ends with Del, Boycie, Trigger and Rodney taking Arnie away in an ambulance, with Arnie visibly shaken about being found out. The last lines from Del are as follows:

Del: Now, Arnie, calm down. You might give yourself an heart attack!

In 2006, he guest-starred in the audio drama Sapphire and Steel: Perfect Day.
