Philip Havers, QC (born 16 June 1950) is a leading English barrister.

He comes from a leading legal family - his father was Michael Havers, a former Attorney-General and Lord High Chancellor. Philip Havers has been a leading defence lawyer in several high profile cases.

His brother is the actor, Nigel Havers.
