Sir Philip Euen Mitchell (1890 – 1964) was a British Colonial administrator who server as Governor of Uganda (1935 – 1940) and Governor of Fiji and High Com­missioner for the Western Pacific (1942 – 1945), and Governor of Kenya (1944 – 1952).
