Philip Dowling

Philip Dowling (born Phillip Mitchell Dowling, 8 April 1988 in Camden, London, England) is a British actor. His most notable roles are Alfie Wallace in Two Thousand Acres of Sky and Leo Taylor in EastEnders. He played four different roles in the ITV1 police drama series The Bill from 1999 to 2006. His second cousin is his EastEnders co-star, Lacey Turner.
