Philip Boyce (Roman Catholic Bishop)

Philip Boyce (born 25 January 1940 is the Roman Catholic bishop of the Diocese of Raphoe, Ireland[1]. He was born in Downings, County Donegal, Ireland. He was ordained a priest on 17 April 1967 for the Order of Discalced Carmelites and was appointed bishop of Raphoe on 29 June, 1995. He was ordained a bishop on 1 October, 1995. The Principal Consecrator was Cardinal Mejía; his Principal Co-Consecrators were Archbishop Emanuele Gerada and Bishop Séamus Hegarty the retiring bishop of the diocese.
