Philander deltae is a species of opossum found in the Orinoco River region of Venezuela, South America. This opposum is one of several recent (c. 2006) marsupials discovered.
No accepted common name has been attributed to this animal, although a reasonable translation of it's scientific name would be Orinoco River Delta Four-eyed Opossum.
