Phil Whelans is a comedy writer & performer, and founder member sketch group The Pros From Dover Credits include: Brass Eye, Saturday Night Live, The Jack Docherty Show, writing includes Armstrong & Miller, The Eleven O'Clock Show, 2DTV, Basil Brush, Joan Rivers. He is also the bassist in Bill Bailey's punk tribute band Beergut 100.
