Phil Starkey (born September 10, 1987), is an English football player who plays for Crystal Palace in The Championship. He wears the number 34 shirt and can play anywhere across the defence or midfield, but is generally used as a right-sided defender.

Phil generally plays for both the Crystal Palace Reserves and the Crystal Palace U-18 team, and he has also played for the first team, making his debut in a friendly at Stevenage Borough.

Phil attended Gravesend Grammar School in Kent, where he met his long-term girlfriend Christina Anstey.

Having impressed at both junior and reserve team level, Phil will now hope to make the next step and succeed for the first team as well.
