Philip John Sharpe (born December 27, 1936, Shipley, West Yorkshire) is a former English cricketer who played in 12 Tests from 1963 to 1969, and was Wisden Cricketer of the Year in 1963. Sharpe attended the top public school Worksop College in the 1950's where he scored a 240 not out against Wrekin in 1956, a record which still stands.
