Done. Renamed to PhatB. Linuxbeak (AAAA!) 18:04, 24 June 2006 (UTC) COuld you past the entire text of the block message here, including the IP so the autoblock can be worked on? Thanks pschemp | talk 21:39, 25 June 2006 (UTC)
Pschemp, here is the block message.
Your user name or IP address has been blocked from editing. You were blocked by Pschemp for the following reason (see our blocking policy):
Your username has been blocked indefinitely because it is either inappropriate or too similar to an existing username (see our blocking policy for more information). You are encouraged to create a new account and contribute to Wikipedia under a more appropriate username, and in a constructive manner. See Wikipedia:Username for guidance on selecting an appropriate username. You may also edit Wikipedia without creating an account. You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia under an inappropriate username. If you would like to discuss the block, you may edit your talk page or email the administrator who blocked you. Due to Wikipedia's mechanism for enforcing name changes, your IP address may be temporarily blocked. Unless you have also been engaging in vandalism or impersonation of another user, we will remove that block as soon as possible—if this doesn't happen within an hour or so, please email an administrator and explain the situation (see the list of administrators). If you want to keep the contributions from your old account for your new one, leave a note on Wikipedia:Changing username. This can only be done before you create the new one. If you wish to create a new username, please visit Wikipedia:Changing username for information. Your IP address is 69.193.55.183. PhatB 23:00, 25 June 2006 (UTC)
- Since this was a renamed account the block may relate to the original name, what was your original account name? --pgk(talk) 08:32, 27 June 2006 (UTC)
My original account name was "Phat Bastard". Thanks. PhatB 11:47, 27 June 2006 (UTC)
- OK, I've unblocked that now (since it no longer exists). See if that sorts it. In a situation like yours I would normally suggest just logging out and creating a new account rather than go through the "formal" rename process, so I'll be interested if this is a side effect. --pgk(talk) 18:44, 27 June 2006 (UTC)
I am still blocked. I've tried logging out and creating a new account--but at the sign in page I don't get an option to create a new account like I did when I first made this problematic account! Perhaps the system is detecting my IP address and not even letting me create a new account...this is VERY frustrating!! PhatB 02:56, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
- I've put up a note at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#Autoblock stuck so hopefully some other people will be able to help. Thank you for your patience. pschemp | talk 04:23, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
- OK well I've seen it generate an autoblock against User:PhatB now, even though that account has never been blocked. I've unblocked that autoblock, User:PhatB and your IP address. So try again please. --pgk(talk) 08:11, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
Thanks so much for your help...but I'm STILL blocked!!!! Will this ever be fixed?!?!? PhatB 11:52, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
- The autoblocker can be a pain at times, I've unblocked the IP again, try again. --pgk(talk) 16:07, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
No luck, I'M STILL BLOCKED!!!!!!!!!!!! PhatB 23:40, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
- Ok, the developers have worked on it. Please try again. Thank You. pschemp | talk 00:11, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
Nope, still blocked!! PhatB 00:46, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
Is anyone still reading this? Anyway, I did a search on the ipblocklist and found that there was a user named "Phatb5" that was blocked on 30 April 2006--perhaps because my username is similar to this person's is why I am being blocked? Just an idea to help solve this incredibly frustrating situation. PhatB 00:01, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
- No I don't think that's the issue. Anyway, I talked to the developers again, and they have removed the original block on the original username. This should fix the issue. Please try once more. Thank you. pschemp | talk 00:35, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
Success!!! Thanks for all your help pschemp!! PhatB 01:06, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] License tagging for Image:Luciatovar.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Luciatovar.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 19:07, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Lisa Daniels Adult Model
This article was deleted because it did not assert that this person met WP:BIO or WP:PORN BIO. I am moving the other Lisa Daniels article back to the original page. NawlinWiki 02:05, 17 October 2006 (UTC)
