Phantom Pyromusical

Phantom is a pyromusical presented in 2005 that incorporated sound, light, fireworks and special effects to a music score from The Phantom of the Opera.

It is notable as the first show of its kind to use stage lighting and large special effect props to support a full size fireworks show.

Phantom won best unlimited display awards from the:

Pyrotechnics Guild International in August 2005

and the CrackerJacks Fireworks Club in May 2005

The storyline focused on the auction of the Phantom of the Opera Chandelier. A massive chandelier prop was built that contained pyrotechnics to give the illusion that it was haunted. In the end, the chandelier appears to lift off and rises to over 1000 feet.

Tagline is "the pyromusical story of a mysterious chandelier reportedly from the famous Paris Opera House circa 1870"

The show includes over 1000 pyrotechnic effects. It is fired using the Pyromate SmartFire Display System.
