Phan Văn Khải pronunciation  (born December 25, 1933) is a former prime minister of Vietnam. He was elected to the position on September 24, 1997, and was re-elected in August 2002. On June 24, 2006 he announced his resignation (along with President Tran Duc Luong).

He met President Bush on June 21, 2005.
