Hi, I'd just thought I'd point out that with an article like Oregon's 1st congressional district, the article may seem long, but the actual text is quite short and the length is supplied by the tables. If you still feel a stub tag is inappropriate, I would suggest replacing it with the expansion template {{expand}}. Thanks! P.S. I'm going to copy this message to the project page.
