My name is Patricia Fontg, born in the 60's in San Salvador, El Salvador. My family name is a hispanization of the Chinese name 馮. I immigrated to Canada in 1987, and have been living there since.

My academic background is mostly in engineering and management sciences, but due to the multilingual nature of my children upbringing, I have taken a serious interest in multilingualism.
