Pfeiffer Lake is an unorganized territory in St. Louis County, Minnesota, United States. The 2000 census population was three.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the unorganized territory has a total area of 94.1 km² (36.3 mi²). 93.7 km² (36.2 mi²) of it is land and 0.4 km² (0.2 mi²) of it (0.47%) is water.
