[edit] Adamson's confession
I remember after Peter Adamson was sacked from Coronation Street he gave an newspaper interview where he admitted that he was a paedophile and that he had molested the girls in the swimming pool. He also said he wanted to have sex with his baby granddaughter. This wasn't a news story, it was an actual interview with him, all these statements were his own quotes. The police talked about bringing perjury charges, as he had obviously lied in court, but I never heard anything else. I found the quote about his granddaughter bizarre, and if a celebrity said something like that today there would be major consequences, but it was soon forgotten.
Someone else must remember this interview? I would like to find a reference to it so it can be added to the article. 172.159.99.86 18:40, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
