Petr Mikolanda (born September 12, 1984) is a football player from the Czech Republic. He is an under 21 international centre forward who has played for Viktoria Zizkov and English Premiership club West Ham United.

Mikolanda arrived at Upton Park having scored 13 goals in the Czech second division in the 2004-05 season for Viktoria Zizkov. He signed for the East London outfit after a successful trial at the beginning of the 2005-06 season, where he scored three goals during preseason games.

Almost as soon as the signing was announced, it was also announced that he would be sent out on loan to Football League Two side Northampton Town, so that the player could gain some first team experience. However, this loan spell was cut short due to injury and he was returned to West Ham. After his recovery, he was loaned to Swindon Town and subsequently Rushden and Diamonds.

Mikolanda was released by West Ham manager Alan Pardew on 8 May 2006.

After being released by West Ham, Mikolanda joined FK Mladá Boleslav, the runner-up of Gambrinus Liga in 2005-2006.
