Peter Williams (broadcaster)

Peter Williams is a New Zealand television presenter who currently reads the news updates on Television New Zealand's Breakfast and Good Morning and the Midday bulletin. He also is a relief presenter for the main 6pm bulletin.
Peter has been with TVNZ over 25 years and in that time has covered various roles including sports anchorman, commentator and reporter, before being appointed to the Breakfast newsreading role.
In 1999 he was awarded the New Zealand Rugby Union's Supreme Media Award for his work at the 1999 Rugby World Cup.
He also contributes to New Zealand golfing magazine The Cut.
