Peter Urlich

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Peter Urlich (born 1956) is a New Zealand musician. He is one of the few musicians who has managed to successfully cross the rock/house genre divide, performing in both.

Urlich was a member of the pop/rock band Th'Dudes, and a host and producer for a New Zealand reality show, Popstars, which was a hunt for people to form a pop band, and to perform and produce an album (the winners formed a band later named True Bliss).

He was part of the Peter Urlich and Bevan Keys musical duo, which brought house music to the masses in New Zealand. Urlich also presented a radio show on student radio bFM, and is a disc jockey on Auckland Radio station George FM's The P.U.B.E (Peter Urlich Breakfast Experience).
