Peter McQuaid is a politician of the Canadian province of Prince Edward Island. On July 28, 2004, he ran for the Canadian House of Commons, representing the Conservative Party of Canada in Cardigan, but lost to Lawrence MacAulay of the Liberal Party of Canada. McQuaid received 6,889 votes to MacAulay's 11,064.
