Peter Cellier

Peter Cellier (born 1928) is an English actor who has appeared in film, stage and television.
He is from a family of actors including his father Frank and sister Antoinette.
One of his more recognisable roles was that of Sir Frank Gordon, the Permanent Secretary to the Treasury, in the BBC comedy series Yes Minister and Yes, Prime Minister. He also played the Major in the early episodes of Keeping up Appearances.
He also appeared in the Doctor Who serial Time-Flight and the musical Doctor Dolittle.
