Pet Lamb

Pet Lamb are a band from Dublin, Ireland. They formed in 1991. The band signed to Blunt Records, a label owned in part by Andy Cairns of Therapy?, in 1993 and released their first EP, Paranoid from the Neck Down.

After this EP, the band signed to Roadrunner Records, released the Black Mask EP, before their debut album, Sweaty Handshake. Between these records, Blunt released a second EP by the band, Spent, which was also included on the Roadrunner Record.

The band recorded a second record for Roadrunner, High Anxiety, but were dropped before the album was released. They have since returned to Blunt, and released Tenderness.

The band recorded two sessions for the John Peel programme on BBC Radio 1, on April 1, 1994, and on August 11, 1995.
