Peso da Régua (pron. IPA: ['pezu dɐ 'ʁɛgwɐ]) commonly known as Régua, is a town and a municipality in Portugal with a total area of 94.9 km² and a total population of 17,987 inhabitants.

The municipality is composed of 12 parishes, and is located in the district of Vila Real.

Peso da Régua is the center of Port Wine in the upper Douro valley. There are tourist boats that ply the water of the Douro, bringing tourists through the locks of two dams to Régua. There is also a train that runs along the banks of the Douro, connecting Porto with Régua.
