Bulgaria held national selection called Pesen Na Evrovizija 2007, which included a semi-final and final. 18 songs took part in a semi final on 3 February 2007, where a jury picked 9 to go to the final, with 3 "wildcards" being added in by BNT. The winner from those 12 was decided on February 24 by televoting only. Stoyan Yankoulov & Elitsa Todorova will represent Bulgaria with the song "Voda" ("Water") at the Eurovision Song Contest 2007. The win for the duo was very convincing as they won by over 26,000 more votes then the song in second place.
At Eurovision, Bulgaria will sing in Bulgarian language for the first time, however the song will be presented under the English title, "Water". Bulgaria will open the semi-final, performing in the first position, preceding Israel.
