Pescopennataro is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Isernia in the Italian region Molise, located about 45 km northwest of Campobasso and about 30 km north of Isernia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 349 and an area of 18.8 km2.[1]

Pescopennataro borders the following municipalities: Agnone, Borrello, Capracotta, Rosello, Sant'Angelo del Pesco.
