Rattana Pestonji was a film director in Thailand. He died in 1970. This image was used by the 2004 Pusan International Film Festival and is believed to be under copyright by the festival.

It is believed that this image is fair use because:

1. It illustrates the biographical article about its subject.
2. The subject is a deceased person. It is not possible to obtain a free-use image of him. It is not replaceable.
