I've been a proud Wikipedian since 2004, but I've really only been doing "serious" editing off and on since July 2005. A lot of that has been RC patrol for vandalism, but I've tried as of late to make more content contributions. I was made an administrator on January 29, 2006, so if I can be of any assistance in that capacity you're welcome to leave me a note.

I live in Montréal, Canada, because it's hard to be a Habs fan anywhere else in the country.

[edit] Llamas and Peru

I'm not actually from Peru, nor a llama for that matter. The name is taken not from Monty Python as some have speculated, but rather from the zoos of Sim City 2000, which I played endlessly back when I thought of teh intarwebs as a fresh, new concept.

Llamas are generally well-behaved, [1] and I try not to be the exception. [2]

[edit] Wikipedia involvement

Keeping Wikipedia clean of vandalism can be entertaining, and it's a useful maintenance chore to engage in whenever a mental break is in order. When not wielding a mop, I try to think of more information to add to biographies or math(s) articles. Of course then, my favourite type of article is a biography of a mathematician.

When editing Wikipedia, and browsing the web at large, I use the Firefox web browser, because I'm tired of MS BS. You should too.
