[edit] Article Bias

Discussion of a database engine should be limited to its technical capabilities. Discussion including "low total cost of ownership", and the article being modified by User:Ckauffman pvsw is clearly modified to lean the article towards the source company, most likely ckauffman is an employee of Pervasive. Knowledgable edits are appreciated, but this article now reads more like a whitepaper handout. Review other edits by User:Ckauffman pvsw Special:Contributions/Ckauffman pvsw; they are limited to btrieve and pervasive articles.--Jeff 05:53, 4 February 2006 (UTC)

Bias was removed. Please in the future add non-biased technical information and comform to the NPOV Policy.--Jeff 06:26, 4 February 2006 (UTC)
I think he's a newbie. I, for one, appreciate what he has done for the Btrieve article! - Ta bu shi da yu 13:27, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
he's not a newbie, he's an employee of Pervasive. look at the username, Ckauffman pvsw. that said, most of the article improvements were good.

[edit] Additional Notice

The first sentence is misleading. The PSQL v9 product is still a transactional database based on Btrieve. Offering a relational API does not make the product a relational database. Feel free to dig through the pervasive website. Unless PSQL is a re-write, I see no mention of it as a RDBMS. I'm a wiki noob though so i'll let you folks hash out the details.
