This really doesn't have a neutral point of view. The opening frames the debate as "anti-tax" vs. "healthy."

You're making an incorrect comparison, Mr. Anonymous. "Healthy" public services refers to fully funding first responders, parks divisons, libraries, and schools. "Anti-tax" is used to describe a set of initiatives that are designed to dramatically reduce taxes. If you observe media coverage of this issue, you'll see the phrase "anti-tax" used widely.
You think an entire article isn't neutral solely because of one sentence? Instead of putting up a notice on the page, why not just mention it on the talk page? Seanorthwest
