Perunnai is a town near Changanassery in Kerala, India. Tiruvalla is 8km and Kottayam is 21km away from Perunnai.

Nair service society (NSS) is headquatered at Perunnai. The town also has the famous NSS Hindu College, Medical Mission hospital, Library.

St. Antony's church, Perunnai Subrahmaniyam Temple are some of the other attractions of the town.

The famous Ayurveda hospital group, Sree Sankara Community for Ayurveda Consciousness Limited and the Amba Ayurvaidyasala are situated at Perunnai.
