Perry Township is one of the fifteen townships of Gallia County, Ohio, United States. It is one of twenty-six Perry Townships in Ohio.
It borders the following townships:

- Springfield Township - northeast corner

- Walnut Township - south
- Greenfield Township - east
- Madison Township, Jackson County - northwest
