Permatang Pauh

Permatang Pauh is a town in Penang, Malaysia. It is represented by Wan Azizah Ismail, president of Parti Keadilan Rakyat (People's Justice Party) in the Dewan Rakyat, Malaysia's lower house of Parliament. Permatang Pauh was previously represented by Anwar Ibrahim, the former Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia and husband of Wan Azizah. The constituency of Permatang Pauh is the only seat held by Parti Keadilan Rakyat in the Parliament.
