Permanent Change of Station

Permanent Change of Station (PCS) is a U.S. military term referring to being permanently moved to a new post. Sometimes people use it as a verb, ie. We will be pcsing to Japan.
The Defense Finance and Accounting Service provides a website which contains useful information related to Permanent Duty Travel and Permanent Change of Station for government civilian employees.
