PerfectDisk is a drive defragmentation program for 32- or 64-bit Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista systems, developed by Raxco Software. Currently, it boasts being Microsoft's certified defragmenter. Its main rival products are Diskeeper and O&O Defrag.

The company offers three main licensing variations — Professional (Workstation), Server, and Exchange. Volume licensing is handled on demand for all three. Exchange is a specially optimized version for Microsoft Exchange integration.

Raxco's HQ is in Gaithersburg, Maryland in USA, and the company was founded in 1978.

In November 2005, employee and system administrator Greg Hayes was appointed as the manager of technical solutions at Raxco. In addition, 2006 marks Greg's fifth time to earn the annual title of MVP - Microsoft Most Valuable Professional.
