Perdue Farms is a major chicken processing company based in Salisbury, MD, United States. The company was founded by Arthur Perdue but became a major regional business under his son Frank Perdue. Since 2001, the company has been headed by Frank's son Jim Perdue.

As of 2005, Perdue Farms is the fourth-largest American producer of broilers (chickens for eating), annually producing 51,320,000 pounds of ready-to-cook broiler meat. Perdue is behind Tyson Foods (151,300,000 lbs.), Pilgrim's Pride Corp. (109,060,000 lbs.), and Gold Kist (61,790,00 lbs.)
