Percey is a small village and a commune in the canton of Tonnerre, part of the Yonne département, Burgundy, France. It lies on the Canal de Bourgogne, with the Route Nationale (D945) running through it, between Saint-Florentin and Tonnerre.

There are 362 inhabitants, of which 60 are below the age of 16 (2005). There is a female mayor, Mrs Durand (2005/2006). Percey is the main village of the commune Percey. Other villages are: Les Millerie, Buteaux, La Chaussee, and La Sogne.

The Château de Percey and the farm, church and old coach-house still exist. There is a garage, Salon-de-The/art gallery and Gites (holiday rental home) (in the Château), a small restaurant, school, and a garden centre (November-2006). The garage is under new ownership since January 2007.

ADSL is available there, and the Chateau hosts a free wireless hotspot.
