Per Flatberg (born September 18, 1937) is a Norwegian environmentalist and pharmacist. Flatberg took the pharmaceutical degree at the University of Oslo in 1961 and started working at both the university and at a pharmacy. From 1981 he ran the pharmacy in Lørenskog and from 1990 the pharmacy in Levanger. In the 1970s Flagberg was one of the main people behind the Alta controversy and was sentenced to prison afterwards. Flatberg has had a number of prominent positions within environmentalism and pharmacy, including being information secretary of Folkeaksjonen mot utbygging av Alta-Kautokeinovassdraget (that opposed the Alta Dam), general secretary of Friends of the Earth Norway and leader of both the Norwegian Pharmacy Association (1995-1999) and the Norwegian Pharmaceutical Union (1974-1978) and has such been leader of both the employer association and the employee union.
