There is no benefit from this attempted cleanup, in my opinion. The article is not long enough to require Bold Headers after every third sentence. "Penny Stock" is a very North American term, the article indicates Penny Shares in the UK are a similar but since different laws apply; Penny Shares should have a separate article. However reverting link edits constantly inserted by penny stock promoters is welcome and needed. --Valwen 05:11, 14 October 2006 (UTC)
