Penyrheol is a residential area of the town of Caerphilly, south Wales.

It is often spelt as Pen-Yr-Heol by the local community. Penyrheol has one school, named Cwm-Ifor. It is built on a hill side, which is part of the Rymney Valley. The view from Penyrheol is splendid, as Caerphilly mountain can be seen from almost any position within Penyrheol.
