Penske Automotive Group

Penske Automotive Group is the owner of seven automobile dealerships and is based in El Monte, California, United States. It is owned by Penske Corporation.

Penske Automotive Group's flagship dealership is Longo Toyota, the largest car dealer in the world at over 29 acres. [1] The group is managed by Gregory Penske. Longo came in first on industry tracker Ward's Dealer Business' 2004 list of top-selling dealerships. [2] The dealership sold 20,320 new vehicles in 2005 (56 vehicles per day). [2] There are Starbucks and Subway establishments on the lot. [2] The group has a diverse clientèle, and 68% of the group's sales force was a minority in 2005. [2]

The group is the retailer of Toyota Cars in the world, selling over 1.5 billion dollars worth of Toyota products every year.[citation needed] Longo Toyota and Lexus make up the largest car dealership in the world, selling a car every 8 minutes.[citation needed]
