Pennsylvania Route 352 is a north-south route that begins at Pennsylvania Route 291 in Marcus Hook and ends at U.S. Route 30 in Malvern and takes travelers through two counties: Delaware County and Chester County. For most of the road it is known as Middletown Road but above the Chester-Delaware county border at Pennsylvania Route 926 it is called North Chester Road and below Pennsylvania Route 452 it is known as New Middletown Road. Other major junctions not listed above include U.S. Route 1 and Pennsylvania Route 3.
