Penne all'arrabbiata
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Penne all'arrabbiata is a Roman pasta dish consisting of penne (boiled in salted water) with Arrabbiata sauce (garlic, tomatoes, and red chili, cooked in olive oil). The dish is usually served with chopped fresh parsley sprinkled on top.
All'arrabbiata means "angry style", and it's named as such due to the heat of the peppers.
